Which foods are good for weight loss?

"Certain foods can help you shed bodyweight"- here are 10 magical foods to help you burn fat!
We have all heard that from TV, social media, magazines. But is there really such foods that you can eat in unlimited quantities and will get the unwanted weight off you? And the answer unsurprisingly is NO. Weight loss comes down to simple math. You eat fewer calories than you burn- you lose weight, you eat more calories than you burn- you gain weight!

No single food has the power to melt the pounds, but there are plenty of healthy options that can support your weight-loss efforts when included as part of a healthy diet. Some high-carb foods obviously need to be avoided, such as sugar-sweetened beverages, cake, and candy. Things we tend to snack on- unfortunately, most of the tasty food is carb-rich and overeating it will mean that you are going to gain weight. Maintaining a calorie deficit is an important part of weight loss o lose 1 kg per week, a person would need to eat 500–700 calories fewer than the number of calories their body needs per day.

A high protein diet can help build lean muscle when combined with exercise. Lean muscle helps to burn more calories throughout the day, which can also help with weight loss. Studies show that eating protein can also help you lose weight and belly fat while increasing your muscle mass and strength. The source of protein doesn’t make a huge difference, I suggest you choose protein sources that you enjoy you can easily fit in your diet.

The most important thing is to have patience, be in a calorie deficit, eat protein-rich foods, and stay active and the results will come.
